Race Day Procedures
We will start sending out the race packs once entries have closed. Should you not have received you race pack within a week of the race please contact us on email@example.com. There is no need to register on the day as you will have received everything you need.

Public toilets are available at the start. Showers will be available at the Leisure Centre (just show your race number).
You will be able to collect your finishers t-shirt after crossing the finishing line. There will be a table set out with the various sizes, but we would ask that you only take the size that you selected when you entered the race.
British Athletics introduced a new rule with effect from 1st April 2016, Rule 240 S 5, regarding the wearing of headphones:
The wearing of headphones, or similar devices, (other than those medically prescribed), is not permitted in races on any single carriageway road that is not wholly closed to traffic.
So in short - the wearing of headphones is prohibited. Any entrant that decides to ignore this rule will be disqualified.
The fastest male and female runners will receive a prize. There will be cash prizes for all the age category winners. Please be aware that it is the policy of the Tenby 10k that the overall winners will not be eligible to receive the age category prizes.
